I base my approach to PM-assignments on PM2 and tailor the PM-deliverables which I need to get and keep a firm hold on the project.
As a PMI-certified Project manager I run projects from start to finish, but also take over projects in-flight where a new PM is required. I execute a Healthcheck and based on the outcome take over responsibility for the (re)baselined project. My specialities are Management of Change, Transformation & Transition and Off-shoring.

I familiarise myself very quickly in a new environment, identify stakeholders and key-players. I take the lead, apply my tools and techniques and bring the project to succesful completion.
